The gauntlet
Jhanna is well known for many things, but her willingness to share her past is not among her many trademarks. So when a group of our adventurers were invinted to hone their skills, and prove their worth in a challenge set up by the Druid herself, they jumped at the chance.
The first occurrence was pleasant enough, a teaparty where she explained the premise of what was to come, a gauntlet through her past, what she overcame had to be overcome by her future pupils and allies.
Most all of the adventurers’ equipment was taken by the woman, and off they went to a strange realm. A valley of bounty, yet one that seemed as far removed from being alive as one could be. The animals were weird, and the plants twisted. The beauty was striking, but the dread heartwrenching…
The first task was at hand, ostensibly simple. Choose the right path forward, with this fact of the mind shielded only by a thinly veiled riddle. With luck and wits, the adventurers pressed on not to some horrific death, but to the maze- where they fought plant-demons, spirits and learned that Jhanna had not always been a vampiress, and that she as a matter of fact despised the Demon who’d granted her her powers.
With strength did they press on, to a ghostly lake surrounded by forest haunting beings. Go through the wicked hedges, or over the accursed water. The latter was chosen, and a host of long departed beings discovered. A veritable pirate playground, where the second of Jhanna’s memories was relived: the struggle against ”C.A.D.D.Y.” Caddy was a huge corrupted clockwork, that eons ago threatened the very existence of other mortal races. Only together with the Acidum Family, the powers of Janus, the blessings of the forge and the pure time-breaking charisma of Thýr did the mechanoid fall a second time…
Finally there was the Auntie.. a sickly blue hag, which held before the heroes three wicked riddles. Once again cunning was applied, and barely did they escape to their final battle..
It was over in a flash, Acidum died, but his ancestors brought him back just barely. Daivika was slain likewise, and lost life’s luster. The earth was scorched by Thýr, and no Crab was taken by Tobi. The escape was complete along with vicious wounds.. We are ready to restore peace…

Shifting Sands
A small band of novice adventurers headed down south, past the forests and along the coast to face the sandy hot desert from which an emissary came. They faced days of heat and exhaustion, their bodies barely able to handle the hostile environment. It seemed to not want adventurers wandering inside of it, the Desert felt alive. Just when the threat reached its zenith, when the adventurers were about to call it quits and head back to the guild, they prevailed.
Down in the distance, by a gorgeous oasis which did not fade with a careful look, they found a bazaar of sorts. A collection of peoples each with golden armbands, armed and unarmed, living a comfortable life trading, herding and feasting. This ensemble was joined briefly, and the necessary rest taken. Its leader however, wished to meet these newcomers. A woman with half the body of a snake, regal and commanding, yet mischievous and somewhat threatening, gave them a quest. In return for this errand the Bazaar could be used as an outpost for further guild expeditions.
They took this quest, and went out to slay the Woman’s sister, or bring her back into the fold. Even though they did their best, and a plan was hatched, the poorly defended fortress that the sister called her home was more dangerous than thought. A battle ensued, and though the adventurers ended up victorious, it was barely by a thread.. Two lay slain, their bodies unable to be recovered fully… We suffered a great loss, but with it comes future opportunity!
Sea Rescue
After facing a storm a group of adventures reached one of the coastal island to find the missing sailors. After a bit of searching they found a cave filled with fishfolk, they seemed to be focused on getting involuntary workers for there hard jobs. The party fought there way to the imprisoned sailors and managed to get them safe.
They also recovered a strange statue from one of the fish folk. Further research into the statue is done at the guild.

To summon and dispatch a Demon
Since it was discovered that the residue of a summoned demon is required for exploding powder, the search has been on. With a specially constructed scroll the adventurers set out to a location where by large magic the separation between planes had been weakened. The impact site of the large starstone was chosen as the most likely site. Without too much trouble the site was reached and prepared. A demon and some underlings were summoned, immediately attacked and after a fierce fight dispatched. The collected residue was returned to the guild.

Good Soup
Following the instructions of Yaz’nglial, the mindflayer warrior affiliated with the guild, a group of our bravest were sent to the underdark to go retrieve a piece needed to upgrade STAC. This piece would allow the automaton to show all of its map, and therewith the entrances and paths throughout all of the former Dwarven territories.
The journey was.. strange.. a teleportation ritual placed the heroes in the heart of the Mindflayer lair, amidst their illusions and trickery.. yet they did not find death and destruction- rather they were cordial, sated…
A small haunting, and meeting a Mindflayer chef resulted in one of the heroes being abducted and his arm replaced by a mechanical one. None of it was frightening, rather it was.. entertaining.
The trapped lair provided little resistance, surprisingly little and resulted in a large automaton workshop guarded by a Mindflayer boxer called Ro’kee. The short boxing match ended when the Mindflayer forfeited, and the part was obtained.
How peculiar…
All hail the Sleeping Dragon
In the search for the formulae of exploding power, several adventurers visited the Kobold holy place and joined the cult of the Sleeping Dragon while talking to an entity during their sleep. They’ve agreed to provide more followers and food to the Kobold tribe in return for the formulae. A week of grinding the eggs of cockatrices and the left behind residue of demons combined with the final ingredient will provide the famous exploding powder. Each week an amount of the final ingredient will be delivered pending the amounts of new followers (proven by locks of hairs/scales/toe-nails).
